Based in Dublin, Ireland or Manchester, UK, this high-impact, hybrid role reports to the Global Process Owner Payroll in Yardley, Pennsylvania. You will be our payroll subject matter expert, collaborating with key stakeholders to deliver strategic insights and lead operational excellence.The RoleAs Head of Payroll EMEA, you’ll oversee end-to-end payroll operations across multiple teams, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency. You’ll lead a diverse team, including an in-house UK payroll function, and champion process improvements and best practices to enhance performance and governance.ResponsibilitiesPayroll Leadership: Ensure accurate and efficient payroll processing across EMEA, observing all relevant regulations.Compliance & Risk Management: Stay ahead of legislative changes and ensure compliance with HMRC, Revenue Commissioners, and other tax authorities.Strategic Process Improvement: Promote automation and process enhancements to reduce errors, increase efficiency, and strengthen internal controls.Technology & Innovation: Implement system-driven payroll solutions to refine calculations, filings, and compliance checks.Data & Insights: Develop and monitor payroll metrics, providing applicable insights to support strategic decisions.Leadership & Development: Develop your team, promoting a culture of high performance, transparency, and continuous improvement.Business Continuity: Maintain disaster recovery and risk management plans for all payroll-related activities.What You BringLeadership Excellence: 8 years experience leading multi-country payroll operations, with a focus on accuracy, compliance, and efficiency.Technical Expertise: Chartered membership of the Chartered Institute of Payroll Professionals (CIPP). Strong knowledge of EMEA payroll, taxation, and compliance.Process & Change Management: Expertise in process architecture, automation, and driving continuous improvement.Strategic & Analytical Thinking: Ability to translate strategy into applicable plans, driving measurable results.Collaboration & Influence: Exceptional stakeholder management skills, able to collaborate effectively across functions and regions.Confidentiality & Integrity: Unwavering commitment to data confidentiality and financial controls.Why Join Inizio?
