About the Role
Home Instead Ireland is proud to offer a unique opportunity to join our Group in Switzerland, which has been passionately dedicated to supporting the well-being of senior citizens for over 15 years.
We are currently seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to be based in Dublin-18, Ireland, with the flexibility of a hybrid working arrangement. The successful candidate will play a key role in collaborating with our Swiss team to drive the growth of healthcare recruitment for Home Instead Switzerland.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Proactively source and attract talent through talent pipelines, headhunting, and innovative recruitment strategies.
2. Develop and execute a comprehensive attraction and sourcing strategy tailored to business needs and industry trends.
3. Manage recruitment advertising campaigns in line with the Attraction Strategy and Calendar, ensuring optimal return on investment.
4. Create and maintain a multi-faceted, always-on recruitment campaign to attract top talent for various roles across the organization.
5. Generate and communicate offer letters to selected candidates.
6. Analyze recruitment metrics and develop actionable plans to improve processes and drive business growth.
7. Continuously review and enhance centralized recruitment processes to ensure best practices and industry leadership.
Qualifications and Skills Required
1. Fluency in German is essential.
2. Candidate should be based in Ireland, preferably in Dublin.
3. A relevant HR qualification or proven experience in recruitment, sales, or German client servicing.
4. Exceptional communication skills, including strong interpersonal abilities, sound judgment, and assessment capabilities to evaluate applications, conduct interviews, and manage performance reviews effectively and professionally.
5. A commitment to upholding discretion, integrity, and fairness in alignment with company standards, policies, and practices.
6. High emotional intelligence and a proactive, self-motivated approach.
7. A natural people person with the ability to build rapport and foster positive relationships.
8. Strong collaboration skills to establish and maintain productive working relationships.
9. Effective interpersonal skills, coupled with sound judgment and decision-making abilities.
10. The ability to work independently, meet KPIs, and deliver results within deadlines.
