FLI Precast Solutions are recruiting for a Maintenance Fabricator to join our busy Facilities and Maintenance team.
The role will report to the Maintenance and Facilities Manager and is a permanent, full-time position.
Duties and Responsibilities: Completion of welding and steel fabrication work.
Repair and maintenance of equipment and plant.
Complete fabrication end-to-end.
Provide mechanical maintenance support to the operation of the manufacturing process and utility systems.
Carry out preventive and predictive maintenance routines.
Plan and participate, where necessary, in co-ordination of project work and planned shutdowns.
Support production team in achieving targets.
Follow all health and Safety rules and regulations on site.
Knowledge Skills and Abilities: Ability to MIG and ARC weld essential.
Steel fabrication knowledge and ability.
Knowledge of and ability to perform iron works.
Ability to operate a range of tools and machinery.
Ability to read detailed drawings.
Able to work on own initiative.
Keen attention to detail and quality driven.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and spoken.
Team player. Education, Qualifications and Experience: Trade qualification is essential.
Minimum of three (3) years of experience in a similar role.
Maintenance background is an advantage.
Experience in industrial fabrication an advantage. Compensation and Benefits: Competitive salary aligned with experience.
