Job Title: Accounts Manager
We are seeking an experienced Accounts Manager to join our team in the Irish business.
This is a newly created position that will oversee the day-to-day accounting and support the CEO across all areas of finance.
Duties:
* Manage accounts receivable, including credit control and issuing of invoices
* Process supplier invoices, reconcile supplier accounts, handle queries, and process payments for accounts payable
* Perform bank reconciliations
* Conduct monthly cash management
* Prepare financial reports on a monthly basis
* Submit group reports to HQ
* Assist with day-to-day administration tasks and other ad-hoc accounts duties as required
The ideal candidate will have:
* At least 2 years' general accounts experience
* Ideal qualification as Accounting Technician
* Ability to multitask and work under deadlines
* Excellent communication skills with fluent written and spoken English
* Self-starting ability to work independently and manage workload
* Proactive problem-solving skills
* High level of detail and accuracy
