Business Development Manager – Out of Home

About the Role
Connexus is proud to partner with one of Ireland’s leading coffee roasters in the search for a Business Development Manager – Out of Home. This company is known for crafting premium, region-specific coffee blends, supported by a team of in-house service engineers, coffee trainers, and a full suite of beverage solutions delivered nationwide.
Role Overview
We're looking for a commercially driven sales professional to identify and win new business opportunities in the Out of Home channel (hotels, restaurants, cafés, etc.). You’ll play a key role in driving growth, building long-term customer relationships, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver a best-in-class customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
* Conduct regular visits to customers within your assigned territory.
* Identify and approach new prospects in the Out of Home sector.
* Manage and grow relationships with existing Key Accounts.
* Coordinate with sales reps to arrange and attend client meetings.
* Track sales performance and maintain accurate reports.
* Work closely with the service and training team to ensure customer satisfaction.
What You’ll Need
* Proven sales experience within hospitality or the Out of Home sector.
* A track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
* Strong relationship-building and account management skills.
* Excellent communication – both written and verbal.
