Our client, a leading international investment bank, is recruiting for an Executive Assistant / Office Manager to join its Dublin team. This key role will ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the office while providing high-level administrative support to the Managing Director.
Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee daily office operations.
* Provide executive support to the Managing Director, including diary management, travel coordination, and correspondence.
* Organise and coordinate internal and external meetings, including client visits.
* Act as a central point of contact for office management, liaising with suppliers, vendors, and building management.
* Support with document preparation, presentations, and reporting as required.
* Manage office supplies, facilities, and general administrative duties.
Ideal Candidate:
* 6+ years' experience in a similar Executive Assistant / Office Manager role.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to prioritise tasks effectively.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams.
* Ability to work autonomously while maintaining a high level of discretion and professionalism.
