The role will service our customers across Dublin.
Hours - 8am-5pm Monday to Thursday and 8am - 4pm Friday
Full Clean C Licence
CORE ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Delivery of bulk 19ltr water, coolers and consumables to a varied range of clients
* Responsible for accurate and timely completion of all scheduled activities to support delivery of our field operations targets
* As the face of Culligan, in our customer sites, you are responsible for providing excellent customer service whilst undertaking your scheduled activities to support delivery of our customer satisfaction targets
* Responsible for working closely with the necessary scheduling, operational management and support teams to ensure effective and efficient resolution of activity SLAs
* Responsible for accurate and timely updating of relevant systems i.e. epod or handheld platform with key information to record the outcomes of scheduled activities and tracking of all mandatory KPIs
Requirements
Essential:
* Valid driving license - C preferable
* Good geographical knowledge of Dublin and surrounding areas.
* Ability to work to a tight schedule
* Demonstrate ability to build rapport with customers and stakeholders
* A proven track record of providing strong customer service & consistently achieve targets
* Demonstrate oral and written communication skills
* Demonstrate ability to work independently, or as part of a team
Desirable:
* Multi Drop Experience
* Full Clean B License or C Preferable
* FLT (not essential)
This role requires an element of heavy lifting, supported by manual handling training
