Purpose of Role:The Maintenance Contract and Account Manager is responsible for ensuring the service level agreements are met to the clients standard. We are looking for a dynamic and motivated individual who can work independently as well as been part of our Maintenance Team. This role is based in Dublin.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities:Manage client requirements on allocated accounts Liaise with client regarding all contractual matters from draft evaluation, through to execution of contract.To organise and control preplanned and reactive maintenance work on client sites on a wide range of building services systems and equipment.Liaise with purchasing dept to ensure correct materials are ordered when required.
Procure plant and equipment to enable complete response to requirementsLiaise with client & management team on an ongoing basis to ensure SLA's and scope of works are delivered & shareholders requirement are satisfied.
Attend monthly review meetings to review legacy and future worksResponsible for all services, reports, quotations, and contracts ensuring all SLA's are met.Communicate with engineers to review all contractual worksAttend client's sites for meetings on all contractual mattersAttend monthly meetings Ensure all documentation adheres to QMS ISO9001:2015Role Requirements: years' experience in a similar role, experience in construction / maintenance environment Highly motivated Individual and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment Flexible attitude to work and a sharp focus on safety, service delivery and quality Must hold a recognisable qualification or demonstrate extensive experience Experienced in the application and operation of Permit to Work systems Excellent IT skills, particularly in Microsoft Office Packages, Computerised Maintenance Management Systems Good technical knowledge as well as the ability to project manage and multitask Able to exercise initiative and prioritise duties accordingly Able to work to a high standard against agreed timescales with limited supervision Ability to develop systems of working that are truly customer focused and actively seek and respond appropriately to customer feedback Have analytical approach to develop plans based on achievable timescales and successfully balancing a broad range of variables, including contingencies to ensure realistic results Ability to produce solutions which reduce cost and customer satisfaction Effective communication and negotiation skills Demonstrates the ability to think logically, which arise during day-to-day working Full, clean driving license Tritech is an equal opportunity employerBy applying for a position with Tritech Engineering and forwarding your details included in your Curriculum Vitae, you are consenting to Tritech Engineering processing your data in line with data protection law, namely the Data Protection Act and EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
