Job Description As a result of a promotion within the team, we're seeking a Quality Control Analyst to maintain the high standards that define our products.
Key Responsibilities: Become proficient with over 10 types of clinical laboratory instruments and develop a deep understanding of their mechanical workings.
Conduct routine maintenance on all laboratory equipment and perform hands-on troubleshooting when issues arise.
Perform QC release analysis for Technopath products, including stability testing, bioburden analysis, and physical appearance inspections.
Carry out value assignment and target value testing for our diagnostic products.
Assist in technical investigations and respond to additional testing requests as needed.
Collaborate with the QC team to analyse, collate, and document QC data in compliance with GLP (Good Laboratory Practice) and GDP (Good Documentation Practice) standards.
Manage inventory of QC materials, including stock monitoring, preparation of material orders, and other related tasks.
Identifyareas for continuous improvement and contribute to ongoing optimisation efforts.
Perform additional tasks as assigned by the QC Manager.
Qualifications What We're Looking For: BSc in a relevant Science field Experience in a scientific, clinical or similar hands-on environment.
Troubleshooting skills and ability to perform maintenance of laboratory equipment.
Understanding of GLP and GDP standards.
Attention to detail, excellent problem-solving ability and the capacity to manage multiple tasks effectively.
Ability to work independently and in a team in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, etc).
Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with cross-functional teams.
