We operate across diverse industries, markets, and geographies, driving growth and innovation.We are looking for a dynamic and forward-thinking leader dedicated to ensuring excellence across our companies through strong governance in quality assurance and risk management.Role Overview:The Group Head of Quality Assurance & Risk Management is responsible for establishing and overseeing governance frameworks that ensure effective risk management and quality assurance across all Broadlake group companies.This role ensures that each company within the group has fit-for-purpose governance frameworks that are consistently adopted and effectively implemented. Working collaboratively with in-company professionals, the Group Head will provide strategic oversight while supporting operational needs.A key focus of this role is the development, enhancement, and integration of frameworks that drive best practices across all companies.Key Responsibilities:Legal, Contractual and Regulatory ComplianceEnsure all companies have appropriate governance structures to meet legal, contractual, and regulatory obligations.Oversee compliance with sector-specific regulations, including HIQA, HSE, HSA, GDPR, and the Data Protection Commission (DPC).Provide strategic oversight for internal and external audits, inspections, and regulatory assessments.Quality Assurance & CompliancePartner with internal quality teams to implement and maintain robust Quality Management Systems (QMS)Develop and monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to assess compliance, quality performance, and continuous improvementEnsure policies, procedures, and governance frameworks are regularly reviewed, updated, and effectively implemented.Risk ManagementEnsure each company within the group has a robust risk management system, including a comprehensive risk register and mitigation strategies.Align risk management practices with corporate governance standards and sector-specific risks.Ensure adherence to National Incident Management System (NIMS) protocols, GDPR, and health & safety regulations.Be responsible for making certain that each company develops and owns contingency and continuity plans to address major incidents and business disruptions.Corporate Governance & CultureProvide reports to the Board and its Sub-Committees to support informed decision-making.Demonstrate and promote adherence to Broadlake principles in all interactions and decision-making.Collaborate with senior Broadlake personnel to foster a culture of excellence and effective teamwork.Act as the primary advisor on Quality Assurance & Risk Management to the CEOs of all Broadlake Group companies.Support strategic planning by driving evidence-based learning and cross-company collaboration.Advise the Broadlake CEO on quality assurance and risk management considerations in the context of acquisitions and service developments.Qualifications and Experience:Bachelor's degree or professional certification in Quality Assurance, Risk Management, or a related field.At least 10 years of experience in quality assurance and risk management governance.Proven track record in developing and implementing frameworks within regulatory environments.Proven leadership and team management experience, with the ability to foster a culture aligned with Broadlake principles.Why Join Broadlake?Collaborative work environment with a focus on professional development, innovation, and service excellence.Competitive salary and benefits package.Application Process: To apply for this position, please submit your resume and summary profile with a cover letter.Skills:Leadership Data Analysis Quality Assurance Compliance Problem Solving Communication
