CPL Healthcare is delighted to announce a partnership with a Social Care provider for young people and adults who have disabilities and complex needs in a residential setting.
Our client provides residential support to their service users, utilizing a strengths-based approach to ensure each individual has the opportunity to live their best life.
We are currently seeking applications for Social Care Team Leaders for residential services in Meath.
Key Responsibilities
* Leading a team of Social Care professionals in a residential setting.
* Implementing a strengths-based approach to support service users with complex needs.
* Fostering a safe and supportive environment for service users.
Requirements
* Minimum QQI Level 7 degree in Social Care or a related field (e.g. Social Work, Psychology, Youth and Community).
* Minimum two years' experience working in a Social Care, Healthcare, or related role with children, young people, or adults.
Preferred Qualifications
* QQI Level 8 in Psychology.
* Level 7 in Child and Adolescent Psychotherapy, Counselling/Psychotherapy, Addiction Counselling, Applied Behavioural Analysis, Youth and Community Work, Family Support, Social Work Professional Practice, Social Sciences/Social Studies, Disability Studies, Early Years Care (U12 centres only), BA Applied Policing, Higher Certificate in Custodial Care, Teaching, or Nursing.
Essential Requirements
* A full clean manual driver's license.
* Flexibility regarding working hours.
