Eco Horizon TLD is a leading solar PV and renewable energy solutions installer for both domestic and commercial projects all over Leinster and North Munster. We are looking to expand our electrical team with some exceptional talent.
We are looking for a mature electrician to help create a new team with the Eco Horizon ethos. No compromise. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient electrical installation of solar PV systems, complying with all relevant regulations and standards in Ireland. The ideal candidate will be experienced, self-motivated, and conscientious. A high level of attention to detail is very important.
Key Responsibilities:
1. PV System Installation: Execute electrical installations for solar PV systems, including wiring, inverters, and connection to the grid.
2. Safety Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant electrical codes, regulations, and safety standards in Ireland.
3. System Troubleshooting: Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical issues in solar PV systems, conducting repairs as necessary.
4. Quality Assurance: Implement quality control measures to guarantee the reliability and efficiency of solar PV installations.
5. Collaboration: Work closely with project teams, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of electrical components within solar PV projects.
6. Documentation: Maintain accurate records of electrical work, including as-built drawings, wiring diagrams, and equipment specifications.

* Safe Pass (required)
* QC number (required)
* Fetac Level 6 (required)
* Full Driving Licence (required)
* QQI Level 6 PV Installation Cert (preferred)
* Electrician: 3 years (required)
* QC number (preferred)
* Solar PV installation Certs from QQI (preferred)
Work Location:
The base is in Mountrath, Co. Laois. Electricians once trained will be on the road 4-5 days a week.
