We are seeking a service department co-ordinator to work with our award-winning team of gym equipment service & installations technicians. Our ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and is dedicated to delivering exceptional service to our nationwide customer base. They should be able to manage service contracts, order materials, and coordinate with the service technicians and clients—all while maintaining an excellent reputation for reliability, dependability and customer service.
The position will be in our offices and warehouse based in Rathcoole, Co Dublin.
Duties include:
* Manage all incoming service requests, responding to clients in a timely manner and allocating jobs to designated technicians via our workflow management software.
* Planning and scheduling of preventative maintenance services for our customer base.
* Oversee the parts department including stock control, parts ordering and management.
* Co-ordination of all installations with colleagues and customers to ensure professional and safe delivery, installation, and commissioning of new gym equipment.
* Logistics management to include collections of goods from our network of global distributors and manage and assist all deliveries and dispatches.
* Customer warranty management including any warranty parts ordering and supply.
* Liaise with the Accounts Department to ensure all billable work is accurately recorded and invoiced.
* Produce timely and detailed service reports and document processes when required.
* Keep senior management up to date with all aspects of the Service Department.
Skills/Requirements:
* Excellent communication skills
* Experience working in a fast paced, customer facing role
* Fluent English
* Strong PC Skills - MS Office & G-Suite. Experience with workflow management software an advantage.
* Experience in all aspects of office administration and customer service.
* Previous experience in a technical/mechanical environment and/or parts department would be a significant advantage.
Please note this is a full time position, Monday - Friday with overtime opportunities during busy periods.
Starting salary will depend on relevant experience from the range indicated.
