Job Overview:
We are seeking a results-driven Senior Account Manager to manage and grow strategic accounts. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying customer needs, driving product adoption, executing campaigns, and optimizing account performance. This role requires strong relationship-building skills, a deep understanding of digital advertising, and the ability to deliver revenue growth and business success with minimal assistance.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage and optimize strategic accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction and campaign success.
2. Develop and pitch tailored opportunities (e.g., campaigns, MTMs) to key clients.
3. Own revenue objectives and contribute to team success.
4. Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues efficiently.
5. Collaborate with internal teams to execute sales strategies and deploy solutions.
6. Optimize campaigns to meet KPIs and deliver growth.
7. Analyze performance data to provide actionable insights and strategic recommendations.
8. Build strong relationships with customers, acting as their primary point of contact.
Skills & Experience:
1. Expertise in digital advertising and Google’s advertising products.
2. Proven ability to manage accounts and drive revenue growth.
3. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide strategic recommendations.
4. Excellent communication, relationship-building, and persuasion skills.
5. Experience with Google sales tools and customer relationship management platforms.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
2. Previous experience in account management or sales, preferably in digital advertising.
3. Knowledge of consumer behaviour and market trends.
