Job Title: Accounts Manager
The Position:
This is a broad role which will manage the day-to-day accounting and support the CEO across all areas of finance.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage accounts receivable, including credit control and issuing of invoices
* Process supplier invoices, reconcile supplier accounts, deal with queries, and process payments for accounts payable
* Perform bank reconciliations
* Conduct monthly cash management
* Prepare monthly financial reports
* Submit group reports back to headquarters
* Assist with day-to-day administration tasks and other ad-hoc accounts duties as required
Requirements:
The ideal candidate should have:
* At least 2 years' general accounts experience
* Ideal qualifications include Accounting Technician certification
* Able to multi-task and work to deadlines
* Excellent communication skills, with fully fluent written and spoken English essential
* Self-starter with ability to work on own initiative and manage workload
* Proactive problem-solving ability
* Detail-oriented with high level of accuracy
