What you need to know Our client, a leader in production and manufacturing are seeking a highly skilled Office and Sales Admin to join their team in Laois.

Works closely with Production Supervisor in securing items that are ordered to a specific customer order and ensure that all order are placed, scheduled for delivery with some customer interaction also.
This is a Full-Time Maternity cover role with a good salary and benefits package.
Your new job Key duties and responsibilities: Strong self-discipline and structured approach The ability to identify and actively make changes to plan for improvements Checking of order and producing dockets for stores Demonstrate flexibility in a fast-paced environment and working with different departments Liaise with customer service to determine if customer requested dates can be met Knowledge of using a PC is essential Dealing with customer queries and product specs Monitor and maintain transactions from order entry through approval, confirmation, timely delivery and receipt of goods Work in conjunction with supply chain and logistic What are we looking for?
