Customer Service Administrator Temporary
This temporary role is available for at least 3 months.
The Role
We are looking for a Customer Service Agent to join our team and provide an exceptional customer experience.
Responsibilities
* Provide first point of contact for inbound customer calls, offering information, advice, and guidance on products.
* Take customer orders via telephone and email, accurately inputting them into our in-house system before the daily deadline.
* Work closely with customers and our logistics team to address delays, shortages, breakages, returns, and customer complaints.
Key Skills and Requirements
* GCSE English and Maths Grades A*- C
* At least 6 months experience in customer service and/or sales
* Well-developed interactive, organisational, and communication skills
* Ability to work under pressure, dealing with multiple tasks and deadlines
* Proficient computer skills with data entry and communication: Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Working Hours and Benefits
Monday to Friday 08:00-17:00, one Saturday a month 08:00-12:00. An attractive benefits package is also offered.
