The Role: IT Field Service Engineer Your responsibilities:
Installation and setting up a variety of IT hardware and software solutions at client sites, ensuring systems are configured to meet technical specifications.Working closely with clients and cross-functional teams to ensure seamless system integration and high service levels.Maintenance & Support: Providing technical support and routine maintenance, ensuring systems remain optimized and up-to-date.Documentation: Accurately documenting installation procedures, system configurations, and any modifications for future reference and quality assurance.Must have's: 1-3 year experience or new graduates with a degree in Computer Science, Computing & Information Systems, Software Engineering, Systems Engineering, Electronic and Electrical Engineering or Data Analytics.A clean full Irish driving license.Excellent communication skills.Nice to have's: Experience in Retail or Hospitality.
