About the Role Prepare and ensure accurate, timely financial statements in compliance with accounting standards. Assist with budgeting, financial forecasting, and variance analysis. Oversee transactions, maintain the ledger, and perform account reconciliations. Ensure regulatory adherence, prepare for audits, and address findings. Provide insights through financial analysis to support decision-making. Oversee and ensure accurate VAT submissions. Implement and monitor internal controls; drive process improvements. Supervise team members and support their professional growth. Manage cash flow projections and organisational liquidity. Act as a key financial contact for internal and external stakeholders. Manage client funds in compliance with industry standards. What Were Looking For ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent qualified accountant. 2 years experience in a busy accountancy role in industry. Strong Microsoft excel skills are essential. Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines. Ability to work with non finance members of the team.
