Our client, a leading estate agents in Ireland, specialising in commercial and residential property and facilities management are looking to hire an Accounts Assistant to join their Dublin team. This role will report directly into the Financial Controller.
The role:
1. Ownership of monthly/year end close including balance sheet reconciliations and P&L reviews with in depth variance analysis
2. Preparation of monthly company management accounts and board packs
3. Managing the accounts payable and accounts receivable functions
4. Cash flow management schedules, preparation and analysis
5. Monthly journal posting including accruals and prepayments
Requirements
6. Part Qualified Accountant or Accounting Technician Qualification with a minimum of 3 years relevant experience
7. Capable of working independently and as part of a team
8. Excellent listening, written and verbal communication skills
9. High degree of proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, MS Word, Access)
10. Industry experience advantageous
