Head of HR Business Partnering

Salary: €80,000 - €120,000 per annum
The Head of HR Business Partnering is a leadership role supporting senior leaders and C-level leaders directly as a strategic partner, trusted advisor, and change agent. Reporting to the Head of HR, you will work closely with HR Centres of Expertise (Co E) to resolve complex problems through innovative thinking.
This role involves providing proactive and creative HR Business Partnering initiatives to support BNM Renewables' objectives. You will coach and mentor the HR Business Partner team to implement people initiatives that enable the successful delivery of the BNM Renewables strategy.
You will understand the BNM Renewables strategy and align the HR Business Partner team accordingly. As a champion of organisational values and culture, you will also coach and develop business leaders and drive HR strategy with a business perspective.
The ideal candidate will possess a Hons Degree in a Business or HR related discipline and proven ability in HR Business Partnering at team leader level. They must demonstrate strong business and financial acumen and ability to translate into people strategy.
The successful candidate will report directly to the Head of HR and work closely with HR Centres of Expertise (Co E) to resolve complex and challenging problems through innovative and agile thinking.
The person will have hands-on experience of project and programme management, build relationships with business leaders, influence decisions to produce positive business outcomes, and adapt to emerging trends.
This role offers a salary range of €80,000 - €120,000 per annum and requires the individual to be a change leader, able to push strategy forward and foster relationships with business leaders.
