Key Responsibilities
* Support the Group General Manager in daily operations across hotels, B&Bs, and guesthouses throughout Ireland and the UK, with regular travel required.
* Ensure seamless operations across all properties, maintaining brand and departmental standards.
* Lead Property Managers and GMs to consistently meet operational standards and deliver exceptional guest experiences.
* Collaborate closely with Senior Personnel and Head Office to align property operations with business goals.
* Partner with HR to achieve staffing goals, focusing on filling key roles and building high-performing teams.
* Standardise Food & Beverage operations across properties in Ireland and the UK.
* Oversight of Health & Safety protocols to ensure the safety of guests and staff.
Requirements
* Strong background in hotel management with a deep understanding of hospitality operations.
* Expertise in F&B profit margins, menu development, and staffing.
* Proven ability to lead, motivate, and manage a team of Managers across multiple locations.
* Keen attention to detail with a proactive leadership style.
* Commitment to exceptional guest service, delivering consistently high-quality experiences.
* Ability to thrive under pressure and maintain composure in a dynamic environment.
