OverviewSeapoint Golf Links, Co. Louth, has recently undergone significant investment, including a major refurbishment of its Clubhouse, set to reopen in mid-summer 2022. As part of this exciting transformation, we are seeking a talented Full-Time Commis Chef to join our new and dynamic Clubhouse, Restaurant, and Bar team.
Reporting to the Head Chef, the successful candidate will be responsible for preparing high-quality dishes in line with company standards and menu specifications, ensuring all safety, hygiene, and quality guidelines are met.

Key Responsibilities:
Prepare, cook, and present food to high standards.
Maintain proper food storage, adhering to First In, First Out (FIFO) principles.
Follow HACCP procedures, including temperature monitoring, cleaning, and documentation.
Ensure portion control and stock management for daily service and functions.
Conduct quality checks on received goods and document deliveries in compliance with food safety regulations.
Uphold high standards of hygiene, safety, and cleanliness in the kitchen.
Assist in maintaining recipe specifications and food presentation standards.
Support the wider kitchen team as required.
Key Requirements:
Relevant chef qualifications.
HACCP certification preferred (training will be provided if needed).
Strong cooking skills with great attention to detail.
Excellent organisational and communication skills.
