Rooms Division Manager - Leinster 4* Hotel
My client, a Boutique 4* Hotel in Leinster has an excellent opportunity for an experienced Rooms Division Manager to manage the day-to-day operations in the Rooms area departments. You will lead the Front Office, Housekeeping & Guest Services departments in the Hotel to ensure a memorable guest experience is delivered, while also liaising with the reservations & revenue team. The ideal candidate will have a proven background in Front Office or Accommodation within a similar 4* or 5* hotel environment.
The Candidate:

2. Excellent people management skills.
3. Excellent recruitment, training, and motivational skills with teams.
4. Excellent attention to detail.
5. Good organisational skills and strong numerical skills
6. Ensure the smooth and efficient running of the Front Office, Accommodation, & Guest Services departments.
7. Ensure all Rooms Division staff are trained and to carry out their duties to the standards expected of a luxury hotel.
8. Work closely with both the reservations department and the revenue manager.
9. Ensure all staff are familiar with safekeeping, cash handling, credit policy of the hotel and follow each procedure.
10. Constantly liaise with the housekeeping department to ensure all guest requests are attended to.
11. Ensure the front office department is fully aware of any hotel promotions, corporate promotions, or special activities going on in the hotel/area.
12. Manage the Guest Service team
13. Ensure adequate, efficient coverage of nights and manage the overnight team of the hotel.
