As a key member of the team, you will work closely with senior leadership to develop and implement our global client's people strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
* Strategically partner with senior leaders to deliver their business objectives through their people and talent agenda
* Deliver the annual cycle of people initiatives to assigned functional teams, developing and executing tailored people plans and initiatives that achieve business priorities
* Support and guide manager populations to lead engaged high-performing inclusive teams
* Execute group people projects and initiatives, partnering strategically with business leaders on organisation design, workforce planning, and changes
* Collaborate with HR centres of excellence and stakeholders to build strong relationships across business divisions, brands, and locations
* Develop manager capability through coaching, challenge, and development interventions
* Effectively embed core people processes throughout the employee lifecycle (reward & recognition, engagement, talent, performance, and DEI)
* Use people analytics and insights to inform, monitor, and assess decisions
* Maintain compliance with and optimise HR processes and policies
Requirements:
* Proven experience in advising and executing organisational design changes and transformation projects
* 8+ years of strategic HR business partnering experience
* Experience building effective relationships with leadership teams and stakeholder management
* Strong influencing and coaching skills for senior leaders
* Ability to translate business strategy into bespoke people plans
* Commercial mindset
