My client, a well-established company, is seeking a Member Service Officer. This role is crucial in providing a high-quality experience for both existing and new members while contributing to the company's growth.
Responsibilities:
* Provide members with a professional service in person, over the phone, and via email.
* Process both counter and off-counter transactions.
* Handle loan application data entry and issue approved loans.
* Ensure accurate cash handling and reconcile daily balances.
* Process new members applications and address member queries.
* Assist members with account management, guiding them in services offered.
* Provide back-office administrative and operational support as required by management.
Requirements:
* Professional demeanor with strong communication skills, both in person and over the phone.
* Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to engage effectively with members and colleagues.
* Self-motivated with a proactive approach to learning.
* The successful candidate will be expected to obtain an accredited qualification such as QFA, CUA, or APA if not already held.
