Senior Associate Director, Product Management, Client Facing Technology

The product management organization focuses on three key areas: executing approved projects, supporting business development activities, and maintaining our target operating model.
Key Responsibilities:
* Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and document business requirements for new initiatives and ongoing projects.
* Understand the full lifecycle of application systems development, working closely with stakeholders to ensure timely deliverables and manage end-user expectations.
* Develop strong relationships with internal and external users to meet their needs and expectations.
* Elicit, document, and maintain requirements through system interviews, functional narratives, use cases, and scenarios.
* Lead business process development and improvement sessions to understand current and future processes.
* Responsible for data schema and data mapping of requirements.
* Verify design against requirements and provide recommendations for resolution.
* Create supporting product documentation.
* Maintain effective communication within the Product team and across involved business lines.
* Proactively resolve current and future problems.
* Develop scope and define backlog items that guide Agile software development teams.
* Develop detailed specifications for product features to ensure clear understanding by stakeholders and development teams.
* Work with UX teams to align UX and user stories.
* Understand end-to-end customer experience, integrations, and dependencies.
* Demonstrate products to stakeholders during development and gather feedback.
Qualifications:
* 4-year degree preferred
* 10+ years of experience gathering requirements
* Expertise in extracting business requirements using standard methodologies
* Experience with system analysis and documenting business processes and data mapping
* Preference for experience in alternative investment fund services and systems like Geneva, ManTra, and Investran
* Expert proficiency in Excel and Word
* Knowledge of JIRA and Confluence is an advantage
* Business and Process Analysis knowledge, particularly workflow/data flow management
* Exposure to Waterfall, Agile, and hybrid methods
