Project Support Administrator
We are seeking an experienced Project Support Administrator to provide administrative support in the coordination of project board meetings on a number of projects in public sectors. The successful candidate will work closely with the chair of such project boards and provide project administration support.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide administrative support on project board meetings, including setting dates, agendas, timely circulation of papers, and taking minutes.
* Support internal meetings by scheduling, pack compilation, and minute taking.
* Assist staff in preparing presentations, meeting documentation, and meeting invitations.
* Coordinate internal and external reporting, procedures, quality, business support, and arrangements for business continuity.
* Perform other co-ordination or administrative support as required.
Requirements:
* Three years experience in a similar role dealing with various stakeholders.
* High level of proficiency across Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams).
* Strong organisational skills, flexibility, and ability to work in a team environment.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Attention to detail and accuracy.
* Enthusiastic and professional approach to work.
* A third-level qualification is desirable.
