Desktop Support Engineer
About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Desktop Support Technician to join our team on a contract basis. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical skills and excellent communication abilities to ensure seamless ICT operations.
Responsibilities
* Provide first and second-level support for desktop, application, mobile platform, and network issues.
* Assist in desktop OS and application rollouts, including testing and documentation.
* Install, upgrade, troubleshoot, and resolve incidents related to software and hardware promptly.
* Maintain accurate documentation of incidents and requests using ServiceNow.
Requirements
* Industry certifications and relevant experience are required.
* Previous experience working in a Financial Services company is essential.
* Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Desktop Operating Systems (Windows 10/11), MAC OS, and Citrix is necessary.
