Our client is a global company with over 30 manufacturing sites across the world. Their offices are located in South Dublin, with great public transport and parking available. This state of the art headquarters would be a great location for commuting to on a hybrid basis with an average of 3 days in the office, remaining working from home.
About the Position

Working closely with a team of experienced Executive Assistants supporting the leadership team based in Dublin and globally, you will develop an understanding of strategic goals and provide relevant support to meet their individual and collective objectives.

Key Responsibilities
1. Provide administrative and communication support to the Global Leadership team in Dublin.
2. Serve as the primary point of contact for other departments, external partners, and customers.
3. Manage expense reporting, schedule meetings, and maintain calendars for Global Leadership team members.
4. Coordinate travel and logistics, assist with event planning and coordination including logistics, participants, agendas, and follow-up actions.
5. Collaborate with other admin teams to update and improve processes and procedures.
6. Assist with creating presentation materials for executive leadership and board meetings.
7. Provide coverage during holidays.
8. Help during peak workloads.
Experience/Requirements
1. Minimum 5 years’ extensive experience working in Executive Assistance and Administration in a global company.
2. Relevant Business qualification desirable.
3. Fully conversant with MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel), and communication devices.
4. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
5. Proactive, independent, reliable, demonstrating sound judgment and discretion in dealing with confidential information.
6. Fluent in English and comfortable communicating with top management and external partners and stakeholders.
7. Adaptability to unexpected situations and problem-solving skills.
