HR Professional Job Description
We are recruiting for a highly skilled HR Professional to join our team at Top Irish Law Firm. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR operations, leadership, and process improvement.
About the Role:
* Execute daily HR operations and work closely with PA staff
* Contribute to technology implementation and process optimization across departments
* Support PA function through employee lifecycle
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage day-to-day operational HR matters, including HR inbox, payroll queries, and process upgrades
* Collaborate with outsourced providers for payroll and technology services
* Identify areas for improvement within HR technology and systems
* Maintain employee records
* Take ownership of ongoing improvement of HR processes
* Manage all members of the PA function from recruitment to onboarding and throughout the employee lifecycle
Ideal Candidate:
* 3rd Level HR Qualification
* Minimum 4 years experience in HR Management/Operations role within Professional Services sector
* Strong leadership skills, experience leading and motivating teams
* Knowledge of HR best practice and employment laws
* Experience working with HR Systems (Core HR/People XD) Change Management experience
