Necessary Skills
* CRM / MS Dynamics Expertise - experience in Development/ Configuration/solutions evaluation/ Validation and deployment of CRM Systems
* Experience in Dynamics CRM Implementation including Development, support, system testing and end user training
* Experience in Dynamics 365 PSA, Field Service, Outlook Integrations, Upgrade a plus.
Desired Skills
* LetterGen, Kofax 360 and other similar technical experience would be advantageous
* Ability to explain technical concepts in non-technical language and proactively listen to others to understand issues and objectives.
* Innovative problem solver with an ability to troubleshoot complex issues in a methodical and reasoned fashion.
General Experience & Skills
* Overall seniority and years of experience empowering the candidate to move beyond development and be a decision-maker, designing solutions for business requirements
* Experience working within Agile values (e.g., taking ownership of tasks, self-organised, self-driven, collaborate with team members, etc.).
* Competent knowledge of Scrum ceremonies.
* Competent skills and knowledge in database structures and concepts.
* Ability to analyse, prepare, execute and test coding changes.
* Multi skilled and capable of working in many different parts of the SDLC at the same time.
