CPM Ireland, in partnership with Vodafone Business, are recruiting for Business Development Manager to drive sales and promote the Vodafone portfolio of products. Basic salary up to €39,000 and un-capped commission + €4,000 loyalty bonus, Monday to Friday 9am – 5pm + more perks!
The Primary Responsibilities for This Role Are:
1. Manage a territory selling directly to SME (Small Medium Enterprise) and SOHO (Small Office/Home Office) customers and achieve and exceed agreed sale targets.
2. Journey planning to maximise efficiency within your assigned territory.
3. Telephone appointment setting
4. Face to face selling to decision makers and completing applications accurately on behalf of the customer.
5. Represent CPM and Vodafone in a consistently professional manner.
6. Competent IT Skills to report daily activity in field. Be comfortable working with Microsoft Office including Excel and Outlook
Functional Responsibilities:
7. Brilliant with customers and enjoy finding the best solutions for their needs.
8. Work on own initiative and continually looking for ways to improve your sales performance.
9. Self-motivation to deliver consistent results.
10. F2F sales experience working to KPI’s

21. F2F sales experience within the Telecoms market desirable
22. Understanding of the Vodafone portfolio and wider telecoms market
23. Awareness of the Irish Business Arena at local and national levels to maintain pipeline
24. Experience with a CRM tool
Communication Skills:
25. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to create and build positive customer relationships
26. Strong written skills for preparing proposals to customers and feedback to management/client
