Job Title: Reception Operations Coordinator
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Reception Operations Coordinator to join our team at an architectural firm in Dublin City South.

Job Summary:
This permanent opportunity involves providing exceptional support to front office operations and administrative tasks for Senior Management and the team.
Main Responsibilities:
* Manage all front desk operations, welcoming visitors, and handling inbound communications (calls, emails, etc.).
* Schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for Senior Management and the team.
* Prepare meeting agendas, take minutes, and distribute them.
* Perform administrative duties, including filing, database management, and preparing presentations and reports.
* Oversee office facilities, supplies, vendors, maintenance, and repairs.
* Liaise with stakeholders, clients, and the public.
* Assist with company events and activities.
Requirements:
* Previous experience in a reception or administrative role (minimum 1-3 years).
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
* A professional, friendly demeanor with a focus on providing exceptional service.
