Pensions & Investments Administrator
We are seeking a highly skilled Pensions & Investments Administrator to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide administrative support for pensions and investments teams
* Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations
* Develop and maintain accurate records and databases
* Communicate effectively with clients and internal stakeholders
* Work collaboratively as part of a hybrid team
Requirements:
* 1-2 years experience in pensions and investments
* Excellent influencing and interpersonal skills
* Clear and confident written and verbal communication skills
* Proactive team player with strong organisational and time management skills
* Accurate and numerate with good attention to detail
* Self-motivated with a flexible approach to working away from home
* Good knowledge of computer applications, including MS Office suite
Desirable Skills:
* Experience within financial services
* Broad retail financial services knowledge, especially across pensions
* Technical presenting, training, or educational delivery experience
* Designing and developing technical presentations
* Willingness to attain professional financial qualifications
* Desire to increase and maintain professional knowledge through research
* Working towards, or willingness to work towards, the QFA
About the Role:
This is a full-time position with a salary range of €35,000 - €38,000 per annum.
The ideal candidate will have excellent influencing and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas and concepts to employees at all levels of an organisation.
