About Us
Harvey’s Point is a 4 star luxury Donegal hotel set in the idyllic surroundings of Lough Eske with the Bluestack mountains in the background. The hotel has been at the forefront of the luxury hotel scene for over 30 years and comprises of 101 beautiful bedrooms offering breathtaking scenery at every turn.
Responsibilities:
1. To maintain and replenish the laundry room ensuring that all items are stored in a neat and organised manner.
2. Check-in laundry deliveries and manage outgoing laundry.
3. To organise and collect laundry on the bedroom floors.
4. Clean and stock Accommodation Trolleys.
5. Ensure a high level of security at all times in regard to master keys and guest suites.
6. Stock Control: Manage stock levels of all laundry, equipment, cleaning materials and guest supplies. Prepare orders where required.
7. Providing excellent customer service to guests at all times.
About The Role
Previous experience is desirable but not essential.
Available to work weekdays and weekends.
Must perform well in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication skills to maintain good interdepartmental relations.
