Job Description for Supervisor - Cheese Room
We are seeking a Supervisor to oversee our cheese room in Park West, working closely with the Cheese Production Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
* Receive and check cheese orders for quality issues
* Enter orders into stock intake system
* Maintain correct storage of cheese
* Prepare outgoing shipments within tight deadlines
* Select and cut cheese to order, ensuring presentation standards
* Share knowledge on cheese styles and quality control with warehouse team
* Clean and maintain cheese storage rooms
Collaboration:
You will work closely with Speciality Cheese Category Manager, Food Safety & Quality Manager, Cheese Buyer, and Cheese Cutting staff.
