Key Responsibilities
1. Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for technical positions.
2. Build and maintain strong relationships with key internal and external stakeholders.
3. Utilize tools such as LinkedIn and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to develop a network of qualified candidates.
4. Conduct industry research to understand market conditions and source passive candidates.
5. Ensure a positive candidate experience through clear, professional, and timely communication.
6. Conduct interviews with technical candidates, assess their suitability for open positions, and present qualified candidates to hiring managers.
Qualifications
1. Ideal candidates will hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Science, Engineering or Business or a combination of education.
2. 3 years industry experience.
3. Computer Skills: Highly proficient in Microsoft Office suite (especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)
