We're Hiring | Operations Administrator – Head Office Support
Location: Clonshaugh, Dublin 17 | Full-Time | Permanent
Key Responsibilities:
1. Prepare and issue quotations to customers and clients
2. Respond to service enquiries by phone and email in a professional manner
3. Support daily operations, including scheduling and booking coordination
4. Assist with internal communication, particularly with drivers and support staff
5. Maintain accurate records and help ensure the smooth delivery of services
What We’re Looking For:
1. Strong organisational and communication skills
2. A proactive, customer-focused approach
3. Previous experience in administration, operations, or customer service (transport/logistics sector experience is a bonus)
4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and a comfort with internal systems
