Job Overview
As an Account Executive in our Sales team, you'll build lasting relationships with clients by understanding their needs and anticipating their goals.
Your key responsibilities will include:
1. Buiding new business opportunities with independent retailers and small retail groups in Ireland and supporting them in the UK region.
2. Leveraging prospecting techniques to uncover new contacts and drive new business.
3. Suporting our Key Account Strategies across the region, presenting as the key contact on the ground.
4. Foing excellent relationships with our key partners and working closely with their Business Development teams.
5. Working closely with our Product, Marketing, Business Admin, Project Management, and Customer Success teams throughout the sales cycle.
6. Pesenting value and return on investment as part of our clients' digital transformation journey.
7. Assisting our marketing teams in developing business cases and customer stories.
8. Setting up meetings to grow your network and preparing engaging presentations on our products and services.
Requirements
* Bachelor's degree in business or related discipline.
* At least 2 years of experience in selling complex hardware and software solutions to the retail industry.
* Proven track record in attaining/exceeding account management and sales goals.
* Knowledge of the retail industry is an asset.
* Ability to understand clients' needs and add value.
* High level of personal drive and proactive work methods.
* Ability to prioritize strategic tasks.
