TTM Healthcare Solutions are delighted to be recruiting for a Staff Grade Social Worker for one of Ireland's leading healthcare organisations based in North West Dublin.
This organisation provides a wide range of high-quality services to children and adults with intellectual disabilities and autism across Dublin. Services provided are day, residential, short breaks, community supports, rehabilitative training and multi-disciplinary supports. The ethos of service provision is underpinned by their Vision, Mission, Core Values and Strategic Plan, which is to empower people with disabilities to live self-directed lives in an equal and inclusive society. The successful candidates will be required to work as part of an Interdisciplinary Team that provide services to 0-18 year old children and young persons with complex needs. The candidates will work in partnership with families within a family centred model.
Overview of Role
1. To be responsible, subject to the general direction and control of the Head of Social Work for social work duties associated with the services provided by the service.
2. The post holder will work closely with the Head of Social Work with regard to both planning and implementing the effective delivery of services.
Qualifications and Requirements:
1. CORU registration as a Social Worker
2. Experience working with adults or children with intellectual disabilities desirable
3. Have experience of working in services which operate and comply with child protection procedures in line with Children First National Guidelines and Certificate of completion for 'An Introduction to Children First - E-learning module.
4. Hold a full clean driving license and use of a car.
