Avionics Engineer - Technical Services
Ryanair is recruiting for a highly skilled Avionics Engineer to join our team. This is an exciting time to be part of Europe's Largest Airline Group as we expand our operation to 800 aircraft and 300 million guests within the next decade.
About the Role:
You will report to the Avionics Manager and Deputy Director of Technical Services, working in a small dedicated team to provide technical support in the following areas:
* Service Bulletins and Airworthiness Directives: Providing detailed reviews and expert analysis.
* Troubleshooting Support: Collaborating with Maintrol, Base Maintenance, and Line Maintenance teams.
* Design Modifications: Creating innovative solutions to support Ryanair's Part 21 DOA.
* Reliability Section: Identifying and resolving repetitive failures across the fleet.
* Operator Documents: Generating and editing MEL, Tech Notices, and Procedures Notices.
* Aircraft Lease Returns: Providing support for Avionics-related issues.
Requirements:
* At least 3 years of experience in an airline's Tech Services or in-line maintenance with strong avionics input.
* Aeronautical, Electrical, or Electronic Engineering degree or B-2 license.
* Excellent technical knowledge of the A320 aircraft and B737.
* Flexible approach with project delivery being a high priority.
* Exceptional communication skills, both in-person and electronically.
* Computer literacy, with working knowledge of Microsoft Software Programs (Word, Excel).
* Ability to work independently in a collaborative team environment.
* Strong attention to detail and ability to deliver results under tight timelines.
