The Role:
Assist with the preparation of monthly management accounts.
Provide in-depth financial analysis to support strategic decision-making.
Liaise with internal teams for accurate budgeting and financial reporting.
Support the year-end process and assist with audit preparations.
Take an active role in improving financial systems and procedures.
The Person:
Newly Qualified Accountant or 1 year post-qualified experience.
Strong technical skills in management accounting and financial reporting.
High attention to detail, analytical mindset, and excellent problem-solving abilities.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, growth-oriented business.
Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to liaise with various departments.
