Are you a highly motivated, customer-focused professional with a passion for facilities management? We're looking for a Maintenance Contract & Account Manager to join a growing team in Dublin. What You'll Do:
As a Maintenance Contract Account Manager, you'll be at the heart of ensuring clients' expectations are exceeded. Your day-to-day will include:
* Client Relationship Management: Cultivate and manage strong client relationships by understanding their needs, handling contractual matters, and ensuring service delivery aligns with client standards.
* Project Management: Oversee the execution of both planned and reactive maintenance tasks on a range of building systems and equipment.
* Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including purchasing, engineers, and management, to ensure all resources are in place to meet client needs.
* SLA Compliance: Ensure service level agreements (SLAs) are consistently met, and clients’ expectations are fulfilled with quality, safety, and efficiency.
* Documentation and Reporting: Manage the preparation of reports, quotations, and contract documentation, ensuring all work complies with the company's QMS ISO9001:2015 standards.
* On-Site Client Engagement: Regularly attend client meetings and conduct site visits to assess performance and resolve any concerns.
What We're Looking For:
The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with the ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team. You’ll need to be detail-oriented, with a proactive approach to problem-solving and an ability to manage multiple priorities.
* Experience: At least 3 years’ experience in a similar role, preferably within a construction or maintenance environment.
* Technical Expertise: Strong technical knowledge of building services systems and equipment, with the ability to manage and troubleshoot maintenance processes.
* Project Management Skills: Proven ability to oversee projects from initiation to completion, ensuring deadlines are met and quality standards maintained.
* IT Proficiency: Excellent skills in Microsoft Office, CMMS, and other relevant software.
* Safety & Compliance Focused: A keen focus on safety, service delivery, and ensuring compliance with ISO9001:2015 standards.
* Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to negotiate, resolve issues, and engage stakeholders at all levels.
* Driving License: A full, clean driving license is required for on-site visits and meetings.
