What you will do
The Global Investor Services Group is seeking an Analyst, Investor Services. This position provides an opportunity to gain experience in a myriad of areas in support of PGIM's commitment to provide best-in-class investor services. The Global Investor Services Group has a broad mandate, and the successful candidate will have the opportunity to grow within the organization and to specifically learn about the real estate industry, work closely with fund portfolio teams, and be part of a collaborative global team with direct exposure servicing global institutional investors. The client services team is responsible for supporting the sales and diligence efforts, managing client and fund activities, such as client onboarding, fund reporting, client deliverables and requests, and oversee key systems that support the sales process and client experience, such as Salesforce and InvestorFlow (client portal).
What you can expect
* Coordinate high volumes of investor inquiries and deliverables across several alternative investment funds.
* Manage the shared investor mailbox to action and resolve inquiries in a timely manner.
* Oversee InvestorFlow and the day-to-day operations; serve as a subject matter expert on the portal administration.
* Conduct quality control checks on client deliverables, reports, and data requests for completion and accuracy.
* Serve as a data steward and provide reporting metrics related to our client data.
* Address ad-hoc requests from clients and internal stakeholders promptly and accurately.
* Track, oversee and validate the third-party administrator's quarterly key performance indicator (KPI) for Senior Management reporting.
* Participate in projects and initiatives to drive efficiency across the team.
What you will bring
* Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field.
* Minimum of 2 years of experience in client services, portfolio analytics, or a similar function in the investment management industry.
* Strong critical thinking, attention to detail, and scrutiny of performance data and analytics.
* Self-starter, with strong accountability and adaptability skills, highly organized, and takes initiative with a positive attitude toward work.
* Excellent communication skills and experience communicating with clients or external partners.
* Experience working across functional groups with the ability to work independently and within a team.
* Excellent organization and time management skills.
* Flexibility to work overtime if necessary.
* Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with MS PowerPoint.

* Real Estate or Alternative Investment experience.
* Strong data analytical skills and excel skills.
* Power BI capabilities is a plus, adding an edge to your analytical capabilities.
