**Job Summary**
We are seeking an enthusiastic and organized individual to fill the role of ECO-UNESCO Clubs & Volunteer Programme Officer. This full-time position will involve managing the ECO-UNESCO Club network, coordinating volunteer activities, and promoting environmental education.
Job Description
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
* Managing a network of ECO-UNESCO Clubs nationwide, providing guidance and support to club members and coordinators
* Coordinating volunteer activities, events, and training sessions, ensuring effective communication and collaboration with stakeholders
* Developing and implementing strategies to promote environmental education, community engagement, and youth empowerment
* Building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, including schools, community groups, and government agencies
Key Skills and Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., environmental science, education, community development)
* Minimum 2 years' experience in program management, community development, or a related field
* Excellent communication, project management, and interpersonal skills
* Able to work independently and as part of a team
* Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace
Working Conditions:
This is a fixed-term contract position, renewable subject to funding availability. The successful candidate will be required to work from ECO-UNESCO's headquarters in Dublin, with frequent nationwide travel. Evening and weekend work may be required.

* A competitive starting salary scale of €26,000 - €27,000 per annum, dependent on experience
