Our client is seeking a Client Accounts Administrator to join their dynamic team.

Role Overview As a Client Administrator, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring client satisfaction by managing inquiries, processing transactions, and maintaining accurate account records.
Your ability to deliver high-quality service and streamline account operations will be central to your success in this role.
Key Responsibilities Provide exceptional customer support, managing a high volume of client inquiries through phone, email, and in-person interactions.
Oversee the monthly distribution of prize money from multiple sources.
Process daily cash receipts and journal entries for client accounts.
Handle third-party invoice payments using online banking platforms.
Maintain and update client account records, ensuring all information is accurate and up-to-date.
Perform credit control on overdue accounts and assist in preparing quarterly forfeit lists.
Collaborate with the industry services team to process non-payers foal levies.
Complete reconciliations, including bank and holding accounts, as needed.
Conduct weekly audits of journal entries to maintain accuracy and compliance.
Contribute to team initiatives and take on ad hoc projects as required.

Proven track record of handling sensitive information with discretion.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, with an aptitude for learning new systems.
