Key Responsibilities:
1. Client Support:
o Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
o Provide guidance and assistance with software navigation, troubleshooting issues, and answering questions about features and functionalities.
o Ensure a high level of client satisfaction by addressing concerns and resolving issues effectively.
2. Client Onboarding:
o Assist in the onboarding process for new clients, providing step-by-step support for software setup and utilization.
o Conduct introductory training sessions to familiarize clients with the software's tools and capabilities.
3. Product Knowledge:
o Develop a deep understanding of Phorest's products and services to provide accurate and relevant information to clients.
o Stay updated on new features, updates, and best practices to share with clients to enhance their experience.
4. Relationship Management:
o Build and maintain positive relationships with clients to understand their needs and identify opportunities for upselling services or features.
o Gather client feedback and relay insights to the product development and management teams to inform enhancements and improvements.
5. Documentation and Reporting:
o Maintain accurate records of client interactions, inquiries, and resolutions in the CRM system.
o Prepare regular reports on client issues, trends, and suggestions for improving service delivery.
6. Collaboration:
o Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to ensure a cohesive approach to client communication and service.
o Participate in team meetings and brainstorming sessions to contribute creative ideas for improving client service and experience.
7. Training and Development:
o Participate in training and professional development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge in client service and software management.
o Share knowledge and best practices with team members to foster a collaborative learning environment.
Requirements:
* Education: A high school diploma or equivalent; a degree in business, communications, or a related field is a plus but not required.
* Experience: While prior experience is not required, any internships or volunteer positions in customer service will be considered a plus.
* Personality Traits:
