Deputy General Manager
The Deputy General Manager will report to the General Manager and assist in the management of a busy bar and restaurant in Co. Kerry.
Responsibilities:
* Manage daily operations of the business, ensuring smooth service delivery.
* Liaise with suppliers and sales representatives to maintain high-quality products and ingredients.
* Generate new ideas and concepts for revenue streams.
* Oversee large teams and various departments within the business.
* Develop and implement effective leadership, management, organization, communication, and time management strategies.
Requirements:
* 2-3 years of Deputy General Management experience in a busy bar and restaurant or similar position.
* Excellent leadership, management, organizational, communication, and time management skills.
* Experience with managing late nights, afternoons, weekends, and bank holidays.
Packages:
* Competitive salary €40,000 – €45,000 per annum based on experience and qualifications.
