Role Overview: We are seeking an experienced and driven 360 Recruitment Consultant to join our dynamic team.
In this role, you will manage the end-to-end recruitment process for clients in the manufacturing, Engineering, Construction and technical services sectors.
You will play a pivotal role in building and maintaining client relationships, sourcing top talent, and driving revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities: Client Development: Proactively identify and engage with clients in engineering and technical market segments.
Build and maintain strong client relationships through consistent communication and exceptional service.
Conduct client meetings to understand their hiring needs and organizational culture.
Candidate Sourcing: Utilize various channels (job boards, social media, networking, and headhunting) to source top engineering talent.
Screen and qualify candidates, ensuring they meet client specifications.
Manage candidate relationships, providing career advice and feedback throughout the recruitment process.
Placement Management: Match high-caliber candidates to appropriate roles within client organisations.
Coordinate interviews, gather feedback, and manage the offer process.
Ensure a smooth onboarding process for successful candidates.
Business Growth: Identify opportunities to expand the client portfolio and increase revenue.
Stay updated with market trends and provide insights to clients and candidates.
Requirements: Proven experience as a 360 Recruitment Consultant Strong business development skills with a track record of building and growing client accounts.
Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks effectively.
